Condition
Flood affected but structurally sound and stable. There is some bubbling of paper in the bottom. Its probably permanent. It could be cleaned up but the bubbling I think is permanent. It would benefit from a professional clean, or can be carefully cleaned as a rewarding DIY project. The frame itself is probably worth $600 new.
